Divine Cloth Pegasus Seiya has incredibly high base SPD and physical attack. His quick SPD makes him able to fly to the skies when the battle starts, and he pairs well with low-cost supports and assist triggers to gain the upper hand as quickly as possible and to put pressure on the enemy damage dealers.

This Saints is only available after Chapter 23 Updates.

===Ultimate Pegasus Meteor Fist===

A five-hit combo skill. After using it, Seiya takes to the skies. When he lands, he is exhausted and cannot act.

=== Godslaying Power ===
Passive skill. While Divine Seiya is in the air and when his teammates use skills that meet the requirements, Divine Seiya assists them from the sky, using his Meteor Fist against a random enemy.

=== Pegasus Roundabout Cruisher Fish ===
Passive skill. When Diving Seiya takes lethal damage, he burns the last of his Cosmo and carries an enemy up into the sky before plummeting to the ground with it.
